In the premises of our Club restaurant, which extends over two floors, contemporary, stylish design is combined with cuisine of the highest level. In doing so, we would like to maintain our cherished traditions while offering new impulses.

Under the dedicated direction of our head chef René Blaser, members and guests enjoy local and European classics, some reinterpreted or with an Eurasian flair, as well as innovative creations. Wherever possible, we obtain the ingredients for our dishes, which are always prepared with the utmost care and dedication, from our own farm Gut Mädikon and from long-term suppliers who enjoy our absolute trust. Respect for the natural resource is always at the center of our honest, quality-conscious cuisine, which is why we attach particular importance to gentle methods of preparation.

In addition to the regular menu, you can enjoy a selected meat specialty with two kinds of side dishes from our venerable silver wagon “Voiture” on a daily basis, or you can opt for an additional daily recommendation that changes every week.

We attach particular emphasis on the tradition of the classic English service, which the team around Miguel Oliveira and Michael Hanke celebrates with great passion. In an exclusive, yet cozy atmosphere, the individual wishes of each guest are catered for and our dishes are filleted, carved and presented at the table. Expert advice on the selected wines from the best regions in the world is a matter of course.
